Within the framework of Erasmus+ Mobility Programme academic and administrative staff can carry out two different types of mobility.
Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility
Academic Staff can carry out mobility by teaching minimum 8 course hours weekly, minimum 2 workdays, maximum 2 months in Doğuş University. There should be a valid Erasmus+ Agreement between two institutions to regulate Teaching Mobility.
Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility
Within the scope of this activity, academic and administrative staff have the opportunity to improve their personal skills and present the culture and values from the university they come from. Activity period is defined as minimum 2 working days and maximum 2 months.
How to Apply
Applying for Erasmus Staff Teaching Mobility
Instructors who want to place their application can do so at their University’s Erasmus unit.
Afterwards, Doğuş University’s Erasmus Office will be contacted for the arrival date and classes will be set for the visiting instructor. The schedule that the visiting instructor and Erasmus Unit Coordinator agrees on will be signed by two parties: institution’s programme commissioner and visiting instructor. Lastly, Erasmus Office will send an official invitation letter to the visiting instructor.
Participation to Erasmus Staff Training Mobility
Instructors who want to participate will apply to their University’s Erasmus unit. Afterwards, Doğuş University’s Erasmus Office will be contacted for details; the university will arrange 3 copies and then Erasmus Office will send an invitation letter to the visiting instructor.
Before Mobility
In Pre-Mobility period, the participant must prepare the following document and submit it to Erasmus Office.
- Personnel Teaching/Training Mobility Agreement: Signature and seal part must be completed.
After Mobility
Before returning, an Erasmus Certificate of Participation which includes activities performed will be given to the incoming instructor by the academic unit where they taught.
