The Directorate of Student Affairs carries out duties such as student registration and admissions, preparation and announcement of course and exam schedules, ID cards, scholarships, and daily student transactions, all office procedures received from Faculties and Vocational Schools, monitoring c

ourse enrollment  and add/drop procedures on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar, preparation of class and exam lists, preservation of grade sheets and exam documents, conducting Transcript, Diploma, and post-graduation office procedures, and similar duties.

It guides students to have a happy and successful academic life. It assists in their personal lives. It serves as a bridge between students, their families, and other units of the University within its field.

It provides necessary support services related to its duties for all Faculties, Schools, and programs of the University.
