If you hold a TOEFL exam result, you should upload the certificate during the online application process. Score required for TOEFL IBT is 72. If not, then you are required to take the Doğuş University English Proficiency Exam (DUIYES) during the registration week.

As long as you reside in Turkey on a student residence permit, you have the "right of work". This right shall start after the first year if you are an associate or undergraduate student while it shall start without time limit if you are a graduate or doctoral student.
