International Student Registration Office
It has been established in line with our university’s internationalization vision to carry out the application, admission, and registration processes of international student candidates in compliance with legislation, in a transparent and well-organized manner. Operating under the General Secretariat, the Directorate ensures the coordination of international student processes within the framework of the regulations of the Council of Higher Education and relevant national legislation.
Our Directorate is committed to providing accurate and timely information to international student candidates, standardizing admission and registration processes, and maintaining document management in a structure that is ready for audit. While working in close cooperation with academic and administrative units to ensure that processes are traceable, accountable, and sustainable, it adopts a student-centered service approach that guides candidates from application to registration.
The International Student Registration and Admission Directorate aims to enhance the efficiency of processes through digitalization-oriented practices, ensure that international student records are managed completely and up to date, and continuously improve institutional quality standards. In this regard, the Directorate considers it a fundamental objective to contribute to strengthening the university’s international student profile in a qualified and sustainable manner.
