International Symposium on the Right to a Fair Trial and the Right to Defence

Organised in collaboration with the Istanbul, Paris, Brussels and Berlin Bar Associations, the event will take place from 3–5 April As part of the “International Symposium on the Right to a Fair Trial and the Right to Defence”, our Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. M. Serhat SARISÖZEN, will chair the first session on the opening day of the symposium and will deliver significant remarks on the right to a fair trial.

Aiming to contribute to space research, knowledge production, and the shared future of humanity, this initiative focuses on a wide scientific field ranging from robotic space technologies to the search for intelligent life. With this initiative, shaped at the intersection of science, technology, and communication, we are expanding our scientific horizon together. In the information age, being able to distinguish truth from falsehood is more important than ever. We are coming together to discuss conscious content consumption, combating misinformation, and correctly analyzing the effects of social media in the fast-moving agenda of the digital world.
