Election Results of the Erasmus+ Exchange Programmes (2020-1-TR01-KA103-084589)
The result of the election carried out to select students who will study and do internship abroad in the (Fall and Spring terms of) Academic Years 2020 – 2021 and (Fall Term of) 2021-2022 has been announced.
The placement results for our students who wish to participate in student mobility for studies and/or traineeships within the scope of the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme will be announced after the National Agency announces the number of eligible students to benefit from the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme and receive a grant for the Programme. The announced results are final in terms of evaluation for the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme, but they are preliminary in terms of the grant conditions.

Students stated as “Admitted Candidates” in the list of Successful Students are the candidates for a grant, and they will be able to participate with a grant in the mobility as Erasmus+ once the European Union allocates adequate grant and quotas. Students who have been announced to be Admitted Candidates will be eligible to receive a grant for an academic term once the award of grant has been approved by the Turkish National Agency.
Students who are successful and want to benefit from Erasmus+ mobility can only receive a grant for 1 (one) semester.
Students who will object to the election results can apply to the International Relations and Erasmus + Office with a petition by Friday, 17 July 2020
While calculating the total score of the academic performance and language proficiency exam results of the students who have already benefited from a student mobility for studies or traineeships in the same cycle within the framework of Lifelong Learning Programme or Erasmus+ Exchange Programme, 10 points will be deducted from the total score for each programme benefited before (regardless of whether it is mobility for studies or mobility for traineeships).
If students, who become eligible to participate in Erasmus Programme want to renounce their rights, they must fill in the “Erasmus Renunciation Form” and submit it to the International Office via e-mail not later than 17 July 2020 Friday by 17.00. Students who want to renounce their rights later than the date specified will be considered to have benefited from the mobility, and 10 points will be deducted from the total score while calculating the total of their academic
To the Attention of Students Passing the Exam:
The European Commission and the Turkish National Agency have agreed that if the measures against the COVID-19 Pandemic affect the student mobility for studies and/or traineeships in the Fall term of the Academic Year 2020 – 2021, the mobilities can start online as a temporary measure if they cannot commence physically.
- If the pandemic persists, and thus the mobilities cannot commence, no costs/expenditures whatsoever shall be deemed to be force majeure; therefore, they shall not be covered since there will be no activities causing those costs/expenditures.
* In the 2020/2021 Academic Year (Fall or Spring semester) and the 2021/2022 Academic Year (Fall semester) students must choose one semester for their mobility and inform International Relations and Erasmus + Office via email
